Hi, we're Tim and Bethany, owners of Grand Welcome Lake Geneva, a full-service, boutique-style vacation rental management company, focused on serving our local Wisconsin community with one-on-one, personalized Airbnb and Vrbo property management.
We believe in mixing a personal touch with the latest technologies and data-driven strategies to ensure outstanding property performance. We have years of experience in customer relations, marketing, project management, and advertising, so I know exactly how to promote properties and attract high-quality guests.

Hi, we are the Bauman family - Tim, Bethany, and our daughter Emri. We have always had a passion for exploration and adventure, thus deciding to settle down in the vacation destination closest to our roots, Lake Geneva.
Our love for experiencing new things has earned us the nickname of "living vacation to vacation". We have chosen to merge our careers with this obsession for recreation, and together, we value creating unforgettable memories, lifelong learning, and embracing new experiences.
We love helping local vacation property owners realize their goals and maximize earning potential with the latest technologies and with a personal, boutique-like experience.
What We Love About Lake Geneva
We absolutely adore Lake Geneva! This place is perfect for our little family—awesome lake life for boating and water sports, fantastic outdoor adventures all year round, and let's not forget the legendary supper clubs and Friday fish fries. Lake Geneva offers our family great times, tasty food, and precious memories. We're super grateful to raise our little girl in such a fantastic spot!

I'm a born and raised resident of Lake Geneva and oversee the daily operations of your rental cycle from guest's check-in to their check-out. My years of experience in short-term rental management paired with a background of corporate accounting allows me to work with you to make the best guest experience possible.
At Grand Welcome Lake Geneva, we strive for five star experiences. I have a passion for curating memorable vacations that will keep your guests returning year after year to their home away from home.
My goal is to take care of everything for you, so that you can spend time doing what is important to you.
