The home was adorable! Super comfy and cozy. My husband and I had the most relaxing time. Also, right in the middle Lake Geneva which was perfect for us since we were going to both places. Tim was a spectacular host. Very helpful and quick to respond. We plan to stay again!
This house was wonderful! It was clean and such a great location. You can walk downtown if you’re up for a slightly longer walk, otherwise the drive is only 2 minutes. Timothy was also very responsive and able to accommodate our special requests. Looking forward to staying again!

Next you'll need to find out if your neighborhood or community has a room tax ordinance and any building code requirements for operating a short term rentals. You'll need to submit a Lake Geneva Short Term Rental Application, acquire a State of Wisconsin Tourist Rental House License and provide a seller's permit, issued by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. You'll also need proof of property and liability insurance and will need to collect and remit State, County and Local taxes.
